There is the standard hotel & state taxes of 11.42% added to all rates, and an outcleaning fee of $125 for 1-bedroom, and $149 for 2-bedroom suites. All prices subject to change without notice.

To make a reservation, we require a $200 deposit. This serves to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days in advance. Your deposit is returned within 2-3 weeks of departure assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.

Cancellation Policy - We understand that guests may need to cancel a reservation due to unplanned circumstances. Guests who notify us in writing more than 60 days prior to check-in receive 100% refund. All cancellations incur a $75.00 cancellation fee and a $25.00 processing fee regardless of time of cancellation.
